The La Crosse Technology WS-7013TWC-BPX2 is a
set of compact, inexpensive digital thermometers that proudly carry The Weather Channel® brand logo.
The WS-7013TWC-BPX2 units display both indoor temperature,
and outdoor temperature in °F
or °C.
The Outdoor temperature is transmitted to the main units via the included
TX2U remote
sensor/transmitter. The WS-7013TWC-BPX2 records minimum and
maximum indoor and outdoor temperatures in memory. For outdoor
temperatures, the times of their occurrence are also
recorded. The station can
actually receive signals from a total of three remote
transmitters. Additional remotes are optional and
sold separately. This unit also has a highly accurate quartz
digital clock (not
an atomic clock).

Unlike
some small weather stations, the WS-7013TWC-BPX2 simultaneously
displays indoor and outdoor temperatures, so you don't
have to actively select one or the other for viewing. If you're using
more than one remote transmitter, you will have to select
the desired channel for the outdoor temperature display. The station keeps a record of the minimum and maximum
indoor and outdoor temperatures it has recorded (since the
last memory reset) and, for outdoor temperatures only, the times
of their
occurrence. These are
available at the push of a button. You can
easily reset the temperature memory any time you want.
The
WS-7013TWC-BPX2 is cleanly and simply styled, with a two-tone case in
semi-metallic colors that are not quite shades of silver
and not exactly shades of gold, either. We'd say they fall
somewhere between the two, and they look great
together. An included detachable stand
allows the station to be used as a freestanding unit, or
it can be mounted on a wall. With its small size (under
4.5 inches tall), handsome looks, and useful features, the
WS-7013TWC-BPX2 is equally well suited to home and office environments
where space is at a premium.

in a clear plastic blister pack that, once cut open, cannot be resealed.
Because opening a blister pack renders the enclosed product unfit for
resale, non-defective products whose blister packs have been opened are
not returnable. If you receive this product and it is not to your liking
(for example, if its appearance does not meet your expectations), please
leave the blister pack unopened and contact us for return instructions.
Defective products, however, can be returned for replacement. Again,
