La Crosse Technology digital clocks are
"atomic clocks", or radio controlled clocks (those are two terms
for the same thing). These atomic clocks set themselves
using transmissions they receive from the U.S. government, which include
precise timing information from the U.S. Atomic Clock in Colorado.
Some are small travel-size atomic alarm clocks, which can be easily taken with
you on business and pleasure trips alike. Some are digital desk
atomic alarm clocks, with big,
easy-to-read displays. Some are large digital atomic wall clocks, readable from
across the room. Some of these digital clocks have additional
features, such as indoor temperature and moon phase displays. Some
feature integral wireless indoor/outdoor thermometers.
The best thing is that they set themselves, and they are always correct to
